How long will my order take to make?

All orders have a processing time of 1-3 working days (unless otherwise stated in the product listing).  Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Once items are made, they are then dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd class service. The estimated delivery time for 2nd class is 2-3 working days from date of posting (this estimate is provided by Royal Mail - it is not guaranteed). We cannot be responsible for any postal delays which are beyond our control.

Can I get my order any sooner?

Absolutely! If you require your order earlier than the estimated times, you have the option to upgrade your order for a small additional fee. This 'bumps' your order to the top of the processing pile and it will then be sent using 1st class service.

If you need your order in a rush, please select the Express Delivery option to ensure your order is processed and posted as soon as possible. We cannot be responsible for any postal delays which are beyond our control.

Is there a limit to the number of characters used for personalisation?

We do not impose a character limit on any personalisation, therefore longer text may be slightly smaller sized than the examples shown in the listing, but we will always aim to make the text size as large as possible.

Due to the differences in font sizes, it may be necessary to alter the main image placement slightly in order to maximise the print area available for text – by proceeding with the order, you are agreeing to this alteration should it be required.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we accept customs orders and would love the opportunity to create a truly bespoke item for you, so if you're looking for something in particular or have any special requirements, please send us a message - we're always happy to help.

We also welcome larger orders - please feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements.

I accidentally entered the wrong name/text when placing my order - can you help?

We allow a 3 hour cancellation/amendment window after you have placed your order so please check you order confirmation carefully.

All or items are made to the requirements specified at checkout, therefore we are unable to refund or replace your order if the text has been entered incorrectly and we have already started work on your item(s).

However, please do not hesitate to contact us at the earliest opportunity to resolve any issues should they arise.
