Personalised Sketched Border Terrier 11oz Ceramic Mug & Coaster Set

Simply choose your preferred mug, font and background option and enter the name you would like on your mug into the personalisation box provided and we will create a gift which is as unique as the person you’re giving it to.

🎈Each mug has a 11oz / 325ml capacity and measure 95mm high, 80mm diameter (+/- 3mm due to slight manufacturing batch differences)

🎈Mugs are made from durable glazed ceramic with a smooth gloss finish. Each mug features an easy grip, ergonomic handle and are suitable for both hot and cold drinks.

🎈Although our mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe (please use top rack only) - we always advise handwashing in order to reduce any possible risk of machine damage.

🎈 Our hardboard square coasters are both practical and durable. They have rounded corners, a gloss finish and measure 90mm x 90mm x 2mm.

🎈Mugs are designed with the same image on both sides and are made to order at our studio in Cambridgeshire. The same font style and background will be used for your mug and your coaster.

🎈Your mug (and coaster if applicable) will be wrapped and posted in a fully recyclable postal box in order to reduce plastic waste and minimise any possible damages.

Please ensure you double check all spellings & capitals as we are unable to refund your order if the text is entered incorrectly at checkout. Please note - we are not able print emojis.

We do not impose a character limit on any personalisation, therefore longer text may be slightly smaller sized than the examples shown in the listing, but we will always aim to make the text size as large as possible.

Due to the differences in font sizes, it may be necessary to alter the main image placement slightly in order to maximise the print area available for text – by proceeding with the order, you are agreeing to this alteration should it be required.

All orders have a processing time of 1-3 working days and come with free postage and packaging as standard.

Once items are made, they are then dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48. The estimated delivery time for this service is 2-3 working days from date of posting (this estimate is provided by Royal Mail - it is not guaranteed).

If you require your order earlier than the estimated times, you have the option to upgrade your order for a small additional fee. This 'bumps' your order to the top of the processing pile and it will then be sent using 1st class service. 

If you need your order in a rush, please select the Express Order option at checkout to ensure your order is processed and posted as soon as possible.
