Sleepy Mouse Personalised Christmas Mug for Kids - Hot Chocolate Mug with Name

🎈Our 6oz (170ml) and 11oz (310ml) mugs are made from durable glazed ceramic with a smooth gloss finish.  They feature an easy grip, ergonomic handle and are suitable for both hot and cold drinks. The 6oz mug measures 7.5cm wide and 7cm high, the 11oz mug measures 8cm wide and 9.5cm high.

🎈Mugs are designed with the same image on both sides so it won’t fade or peel off over time.  Our mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe (top rack only), however we highly recommend handwashing them to avoid any
possible damage.

🎈Your child’s mug can be customised with their name in a choice of font styles and colours.  You can have it unpersonalised, or even have a short message on it – simply let us know what you want in the personalisation
box.

🎈All our items are designed and printed to order at our studio in Cambridgeshire. Your order will be securely wrapped to minimise any possible damages and posted in eco-friendly packaging.

Unless otherwise stated, all orders have a processing time of 1-3 working days and come with free postage and packaging as standard.

Once items are made, they are then dispatched using Royal Mail 48HR Tracked. The estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days from date of posting (this estimate is provided by Royal Mail - it is not guaranteed).

If you require your order earlier than the estimated times, you have the option to upgrade your order for a small additional fee. This 'bumps' your order to the top of the processing pile and it will then be sent using 24HR Tracked. 

If you need your order in a rush, please select the Express Order option at checkout to ensure your order is processed and posted as soon as possible.

We cannot be responsible for any postal delays which are beyond our control.

Please note - we do not impose a character limit on any personalisation, therefore longer text may be slightly smaller sized than the examples shown in the listing, but we will always aim to make the text size as large as possible.

Due to the differences in font sizes, it may be necessary to alter the main image placement slightly in order to maximise the print area available for text – by proceeding with the order, you are agreeing to this alteration should it be required.
